Notes & Photos:
July 3: Officially know that Squish will be a Big Brother this Fall! :) Now to plan some baby things for the little one. I'm thinking a sweater (9-12 mo size) and a lovey (A lovey is also known as a cuddle buddy)

I'm looking at patterns online and am leaning towards a bear or bunny. Admittedly my first thought was a sheep but this isn't my wee one lol. I think a bear or bunny will be suitable. Will look at yarn when I'm at Wallyworld on Tuesday.

later: I found a really cute bunny lovey for the wee one, although it seems a bit big compared to others. So I might change the size a bit. I'm thinking to use maybe a variegated in place of the colors and tan in place of white. Kids love to drag their blankies through everything and white doesn't stay white long! lol Or maybe a gray?

August 18: This is doubling as my GCoW entry. Got a pic of the yarns:

August 29: I used the blankie portion for Quidditch, and am now working on the bunny. I have the head done (15g of the gray yarn) and one full ear plus about 1/3 of the second one. (currently 20g of variegated between these). The blankie used 12g of gray and 17g of variegated for 101 yds total.

Finished blankie photo:

And the in-progress bunny portion:

September 24: The crocheting is done! I need to stuff and sew the head to the blankie, embroider the face, and sew on the wonderful floppy ears later on 😊
