Necessity

In progress: seed stitch in the round with two strands of yarn held together.

Pattern: an idea that came to me when my ears got cold

Started: December 4, 2009

Finished: December 7, 2009

Made for: Síle aka Me

Yarn: Bernat Softee Chunky Ombres (100% acrylic; 134yds = 80g)
  • 2 skeins of "40119 Denim Ombre" = 268 yds
Needle size: 5.mm/ US 8

Notes: At this moment, I’m not completely decided on anything except that I definately NEED SOMETHING to cover my ears!
Later: have bought 2 balls of yarn, dug out some appropriate looking needles & am casting on :)
12/7: And I’m done! :) Turned out good; pics later on ;) Only would’ve needed 1 ball, but used yarn doubled & that’s easier with 2 balls, rather than working from inside & outside of ball at same time.
12/12: Added pic :)
